Description
The UltraLite™ ALS (patent# 6954270) represents a decade of forensic research and design work. The scientists involved have extensive experience in forensic light design. The scientists were previously responsible for revolutionary forensic products, from forensic lasers to fingerprint processing chemicals. These scientists worked closely with forensics experts who have a combined experience of over 50 years in finding, processing, documenting, and preparing forensic evidence for criminal prosecution. The result of this work and collaboration is the UltraLite™ ALS.
The UltraLite™ ALS was specifically designed for crime scene use, and the wide variety of lights available provide investigators with the ability to examine a scene quickly and thoroughly. UltraLites may be used to locate volatile substances, body fluids, blood spatter, fingerprints, hair, and much more. Additional uses include locating evidence on a person, such as subcutaneous bruising and bite marks.
